one and two-bedroom units and performance
and exhibition spaces for residential and public functions.

• Phase Two, comprised of the historic Chapel and Administration buildings, will be transformed into a community use space for restoration arts, non-profit office space, and artists’ studio & lab spaces totaling approximately 23,700 SF.

• Both phases utilize sustainable design strategies including criteria from Enterprise Green Communities.
