Gerald Billes, AIA

As CEO and President of Billes Architects, Gerald W. Billes, AIA has been instrumental in seeking solutions to challenges caused by storm damage. He has overseen an array of projects for his firm, many of which resulted from a need to recover after a devastating storm.

From Urban Planning, Design, Architecture and Interior Design to assessing damage to building structures for renovation or revitalization purposes, there is a tremendous amount of work that needs to be accomplished within a short time frame. Many factors require simultaneous coordination in order to revitalize communities that have been neglected in the past, communities that need a new vision to address old issues. Billes successfully meets with planning and neighborhood groups as well as individual residents who potentially benefit from professional consultation regarding the physical condition of their neighborhood or property of concern.
